MICRO WEDDING

My customizable micro wedding package is perfect for the couple who desire all the features of a large wedding on a smaller scale. Your wedding does not need to be defined by the guest count nor your budget. You can still have your dream wedding in an intimate affair with family and close friends in your very own backyard, or at a rented Airbnb.

My services include creating a beautiful day by designing and coordinating your ceremony and reception, reducing the time and stress involved with the planning and execution of a big day.

Just because your wedding is on a smaller scale you still need the assistance of a wedding planner to work with your venue and chosen vendors so that your day runs smoothly. I will be there with you every step of the way so that you can create magical memories.

This offering is for weddings up to 50 guests.

Couples floral arrangements

Couples floral arrangements include:

  • 1 bridal bouquet, 1 maid of honour bouquet and 1 Bridesmaid bouquet in your choice of colour, style and theme.
  • Groomsmen and Best Man boutonnieres to match the bridal bouquets well as a floral centerpiece for the honour table in your choice of colour, style and theme.

WEDDING DAY:

  • Complete set up and take down of all personal decor items
  • Vendor management including arrival, set up and pick up times
  • Timeline management to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible
  • On site management including coordination of ceremony, post ceremony plans and reception
  • Supervise ceremony and reception set up as per client’s instructions
  • Coordinate ceremony including music cueing, processional and recessional
  • Complimentary use of our bridal kit (100’s of items!)

Add Ons

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination (if necessary)
  • Assistance with any travel plans for clients and families
  • Maid of honour, and mothers of the bride and groom corsage

WEDDINGS WITH LIQUOR MUST HAVE AN APPROPRIATE LIQUOR LICENSE ISSUED BY ALCOHOL, RACING AND GAMING AUTHORITY (RÉGIS DES ALCOOLS, DES COURSES ET DES JEUX) AND IN SOME VENUES, MUST BE MANAGED BY A BARTENDER. BOTH REQUIREMENTS ARE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COUPLE.

**VENUE AND VENDOR COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PACKAGES AND WILL HAVE TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO YOUR VENUE OF CHOICE AND CHOSEN VENDORS. BE ADVISED THAT EACH VENUE AND VENDOR WILL HAVE THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO FOLLOW.

DAY-OF/MONTH OF SERVICES

This is perfect for Couples who have every detail of their wedding planned, all or if not of the majority of their vendors booked. This package is really a “Month-of” coordination package. As your wedding planner I can come in and help you toward the last stretch of the planning. I will need to be fully aware on all of your wedding plans that you as a couple have worked hard to prepare.

I will dedicate my time 12 weeks prior to the wedding day with the remaining details. I will manage the event weekend with well-constructed timelines, diagrams, vendor communication, and seamless event execution. I will share up and logistical concerns and skillfully manage the behind the scenes to ensure a flawless event.

Services Overview

  • 1 in person meeting to discuss details prior to the event
  • Dedicated certified wedding planner and assistant (s)
  • Ample communication from the date of signed contract and deposit.
  • Limited to 3 in-person meetings. (optional)
  • Obtain signed copies of all booked vendor contracts.
  • Follow-up with venue and vendors.
  • One walk through ceremony and reception site.
  • Design of layout and details. (optional)
  • Provide detailed schedule, time line and layout.
  • Include up to 8 hours on wedding day.
  • Provide vendor recommendations. (optional)
  • Confirm final payments and gratuity to vendors.

How it works

I will meet with you 3 or more months prior to your wedding day and familiarize myself with what you have envisioned for your event day. I recommend on going on a final walk through of the venue site to make sure I have mapped out every aspect of your event and I will handle if from there!

I understand that everything could be overwhelming so I have listed ways for us to better communicate and have ongoing support. This will allow us to keep in touch, adjust to your schedule and plan accordingly.

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS

  • All appointments and Vendor Meetings will be sent by email.
  • All meetings will be booked from Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm.
