FLORAL BOUQUET BAR

My personalized Bouquet Bar is a fun and unique activity to make your next event bloom whether it be baby showers to birthday parties, bridal showers to wedding receptions, mitzvahs to any other special milestones. The Bouquet Bar gives your guests the most unique hands-on floral experience, and a beautiful party favor to take home. The floral stem bar is fully customizable to your colour palette or party theme.

PETITE BOUQUET BAR

As your floral designer I will help pick a beautiful mix of the most beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage which are available at the time of your event, deliver to your location, set up a display with flower buckets identified, floral bud vases (optional), easy and simple easy-to-follow instructions (i.e. Pick two of these, three of these and three of these).

Flower Recipe

With our beautiful selections of roses, carnations, lilies, baby’s breath, and a variety of other blooms, we guarantee these flowers will light up your event. The bouquet bar is designed to feature 6 different types of flowers, carefully curated for a cohesive and stunning final product.

Recipe: Simply choose stems from each bucket, wrap them up, and your bouquet is ready to go!

If you would like to select specific flowers, or have other specific requests, please reach out to us! We would be happy to work with you on a custom package that fits your needs.

**Please place your order at least 5-7 business days prior to your event date. The more notice you can give us, the better flower selection we can provide!

Important Details:

    • Service area: We kindly ask that your event be located within 45 minutes to 1 hour from Laval.
    • Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
    • A price of $125 for 2 hours of retainer for event and on-site Florist to assist will be invoiced upon confirmation/booking of event date.

Please select the number of guests participating to achieve appropriate booking rate.
Flowers vary by season and are sourced locally if available.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Storybook provides design guidance for every aesthetic component of your event. I focus on the client’s overall branding needs to give your event an extra splash of color. From corporate parties and fundraisers to small deliveries of brand activations, I’ll help elevate your brand and event into a cohesive, memorable experience for you and your guests.

Package Included:

  • Ten types of flowers + two buckets of greenery We select the freshest flowers in season for your event.
  • Flower display and buckets with flower labels
  • Chalkboard with instructions on how to select flowers and care for them at home.
  • Flower scissors
  • Market display table and tablecloth
  • A floral designer for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Floral packaging and ribbons provided.

How does it work?

Set-up and dismantling
We arrive 1 hour before the event to set up. We clean up after the event.

Choice of color palette
You can choose up to 4 color combinations, not including greenery. While flower colors cannot be
exact, we’ll do our best to match your color options.

Choose your flowers:
spray roses, chrysanthemums, mini carnations, hypericum, sunflowers, stock, tulips, Lizzies, Gerber
daisies, pompons, snapdragons, or other fresh seasonal blooms and lush greenery.

Additional floral designer

For events with more than 25 guests, an additional floral designer is required at a cost of $175 for a minimum of 3 hours. Additional hours start at $25/hour.

KIDS PRE-CUT BLOOM BAR

A BLOOM BAR – DESIGNED FOR THE LITTLE ONES

A unique and wonderful activity to add to your child’s birthday party. Bring out their creativity with floral bouquets. The
birthday child and guests can create their own containers, choose their flowers and wrap them up to take home after the party.

All florals and greenery are pre-cut and displayed in low galvanized buckets for a fun, safe activity. Moms can also join in the fun.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

I understand that everything could be overwhelming so I have listed ways for us to better communicate and have ongoing support. This will allow us to keep in touch, adjust to your schedule and plan accordingly.

What type of flowers are included?

  • We plan on 5-6 blooms and greenery per individual and work with you to pick out the best colors and types of blooms to fit your event.
  • Types of blooms are determined based on pricing level and can include: carnations, spray-roses, mums, mini-carnations, sunflowers, stock flower, Larkspur, delphinium, roses, tulips, zinnias, gerber daisies, pompoms, snapdragons, baby’s breath or other fresh in-season florals and lush greenery.

How long is the set up?

We arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event for set up.

Do I have to break down and clean up?

Nope!  At the conclusion of your event, the Floral Designer will take down, sweep, and clean up the space.  You don’t need to do anything!

Does the Floral Designer stay during the event?

The on-site designer will help your guest select and wrap their bouquets.

What is breakdown of cost?

Average cost of blooms is $25 per person, but can vary depending on types of blooms you select.  But don’t worry, one of our Garden Party designers will help you select the best blooms for your look and budget!

How does payment work?

Payment in full is due a week before the workshop date.  Payment must be made by a single individual; we cannot take payment from each individual attending the workshop separately.
